Please complete online intake forms prior to arrival. Before your session check in at the front desk. For social sauna users, we recommend arriving with a bathing suit under your clothing. To optimize space and minimize traffic, we have two bathrooms available indoors, and we appreciate your consideration in using them only when necessary.
Within the cozy outdoor sauna studio, we encourage limiting personal items to one bag per person. Please bring a water bottle and two towels. (one to sit one and one for personal use) We have a water cooler to fill water bottles as well as drinks, electrolytes and other wellness items for sale located inside the building.
Following check-in, head to the parking lot, where you'll access the outdoor sauna studio for your 70-minute session. Attendance may vary, with an opportunity to sauna alongside up to 8 like-minded individuals.
Throughout your session, enjoy the traditional sauna, and take turns taking refreshing breaks in our invigorating cold plunge. Please be mindful and respectful of others sharing the space, as the outdoor sauna is designed to nurture camaraderie, community, and social wellness.
